I’m Dana, founder of theAdminShop, with over 16 years of experience in business administration and operations. I provide efficient, solution-driven support that helps entrepreneurs and small business owners run with clarity, structure, and confidence.

My background includes organizational structure, process improvement, system development, and operations alignment, across a variety of industries. While my most recent experience is in real estate and mortgage, the systems and strategies I use are industry-flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each business.

I have a strong technical aptitude, fast to adopt new tools, and experienced with platforms like Follow Up Boss (with Ylopo), where I’ve built out automations, action plans, email/text templates, smart list & collection workflows, and developed a full onboarding/offboarding workflow for this system. I'm able to monitor agents, ISA, and complete the critical items necessary via the owner account.
