• Review contract for compliance, disclosures, initials, signatures, & dates, and contingencies, and submit completed files to the broker

• Track loan progress from application through clear to close

• Schedule home, termite, HVAC, septic, and well inspections as directed by the agent (includes calendar invites for agent and client).  Notify agents of inspection details.

• Obtain inspection reports, repair addendums, contingencies, and other relevant documents prior to deadlines. Distribute to appropriate parties. 

• Order and distribute HOA resale documents and CC&Rs when applicable. Review for violations, notify the agent if needed, and confirm the Buyer's Acknowledgement is received. 

• Coordinate title, survey, and closing preparation

• Schedule the final walk through and closing with calendar invitations

• Confirm all parties are ready for closing
